  • All Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days(USPS-Standard). We want to make sure your item arrives as quickly as possible. Typically you can expect to see your order within 5-7 days using standard shipping. 

    If you are in a hurry you can also choose USPS-Rush(Same/Next Day Shipping). Orders placed with this shipping method will be processed and completed either same day or next day and mailed Priority for immediate arrival. Typically you can expect to see your order within 3-4 days using Rush shipping.

    *Please note larger custom embroidery orders may experience a day delay in shipping




  • Sales Tax

  • Lilies Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. (Florida Residents Only)



  • Return Policy

  • We will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of reciept *Please Note - Custom Monogrammed items are non-returnable due to the nature of the items. Any item(s) returned need to be in new and unused condition.

    Please contact us for a return authorization number and then just include a copy of your original invoice and ship the return to our address as listed on your invoice.
